Finally my weight is back to where it was 4 days ago when I shared the giant burrito with my husband after fasting for 20 hours and going to see my husband's dying sister. I have been more hungry after those carbs so I think that is a lesson learned. I didn't feel bad about having it because I thought it was about time to have a treat. I hope this knowledge will help me abstain from carbs. I never have been able to get them below 20g on a regular basis. It seems one should be able to eat tomatoes, catsup, vegetables, etc. I still want to add a half apple but guess I'll wait a bit. We will be going out to lunch after church tomorrow and I plan to have shrimp at the Chinese restaurant. Iating window 6 hours.
