I'm feeling a little disheartened today. I have hit a plateau this week after 4 weeks and after only losing 3lbs, in fact my weight is slowing creeping back up😔. I have been calorie counting, started working out with Shaun T's T25 and have cut down my alcohol consumption. Just wondering what's the point this week😭

Damaged muscle retains water, If your calorie counting is accurate then I'd say you're in that sweet spot of muscle building. have you taken measurements? I'll never forget a picture I saw a few years ago, same woman two years apart, she was the same weight but had spent the time changing her body composition, the transformation was incredible. Don't give up x

Stop calorie counting then and focus on making yourself healthy first and then loosing weight

@Mckmcr I have been focussing on getting healthy. I stopped my anti depressants in August and now I am at a stage where I need to move to the next one
