Humph. It's happening...having a bit of a set back, gained 4 pounds in the past few weeks:( I even joined a challenge in order to keep this yearly phenomenon of holiday gaining (which I count from Halloween thru New Years Eve) from happening AGAIN. As I read other's journals, I see the same patterns starting to emerge. I know I can be in better control.
