Good morning, Friends!
Just a short notice today. I'm heading out to take a class in Copenhagen, and leaving significantly earlier than I usually do.
I'm down 500 grams since yesterday, not bad. I did great - followed my rules to a T, and had plenty of leftover calories.
As I said, today is a class. I hate those, as they always conjure up a ton of delish food, and it's always something mixed together, which makes it completely impossible to register. I'll have to do my best.
I had a light breakfast, with significantly less calories than usual, and wife and I agreed on chicken soup for dinner, so I have about 1000 calories to spend through the day for break snacks, lunch etc.
I'm gonna try to NOT go that far though. It's just good to know they're available.
So i will leave you with that for today.
Today I'm thankful for: - FOCUS! - Morning coffee. - The fact that class is only one day. :)
