Yes the scale went down again this week. I have kept on track slow but sure...no binging. That's good! I've balanced my calories well. I even burned a pair of jeans, sweatshirt and turtleneck "fat clothes" never again will I wear those sizes!!!!! I haven't been this weight since 1998. Down I go.
