Hey everyone! It's day 4 on the mater cleanse and I am so excited. I have lost 6.6 pounds in the first 3 days. I am not even hungry and I feel great. I slept amazing and my confidence is way up. Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sat.
Oh by the way. I found this gem called the hungry girl's cookbook. It's amazing. It has mac and cheese cappuccino cake in a mug. Chicken fingers, shrimp salsa tacos and all the guilty foods at less than 300 calories. And let me tell you when you look at the ingredients it does not at all look like it would be un-tasty. I am going to get on that as soon as I finish the cleans. You should all check it out. I found it at borders. And Men the recipes work for anyone. Trust me anyone will love it
