ok i am back on it... making lots of healthy choices and doing my very best to track everything. showing a few pounds down since beginning of the month so that feels good. it seems like if i add up calorie deficit, it takes a few to several days for it to show on the scale. i am overall feeling good by reducing sugar intake a lot and skipping on indulgent foods for the most part, or only having a small portion. i am feeling good and want to keep this up. i am on day 70 consecutive of at home yoga and day 45 of no alcohol :) healthy living feels good!!!
