Bummer of a week. No loss but no gain either. Think I may try IF . Last time I did it, it did give me a jolt. So nothing after 6 tonite. I seem to be hungry a lot now. And have been at a plateau. So need a jump start. Have a nice weekend everyone! The sun is shining and I think we are going to be above freezing.
