you sound like me, I go for it all for 2-3 weeks then I just quit. My problem is a family that likes all the junky stuff. I have a weakness for Red wine and sweets. As soon as I notice results, I fall off the wagon. I have really got to do this. I was at 152 in may I think I am at 156 now. Hey have you tired the Spartacus workout? ITs aesome!
