4.6kg loss for the month!
Last month i lost the same amount to the gram.
Consistency, consistency..... thats all we need and want.
In the beginning of my journey i lost 12kg first month and 8 the second month, but as time goes on those big losses become a giant ‘wet dream’! So now when one can loose 4,6kg consistently every month, you should count your blessings and appreciate that success.... and i do!
If i hold this rate of loss i can be 100kg in 10 months time..... 100kgs here i come.... but let me reach my first goal before i plan so far ahead.
