I was SO HUNGRY. So i ate when i was satisfied. but not over doing it. the water weight came off. i can see how exercising can be a deterrent. hm..... need to think about this game plan.

It's better for you in the long run, but it can make the scale be frustrating in the short. I had already set my mind to not see any losses (according to the scale) for a month after starting PiYo on a daily basis. Haven't seen any yet, and with a 750 daily deficit, I should be seeing plenty. But it's ok. I had the mind-set ready and I'm at a place in the process where I'm at peace with the scale. It's all about where your head is at.
