after last week's wild drop, i'm not complaining! i was so worried I would plateau again but i've been sticking strictly to my calorie count and dramatically decreasing my (diet) soda intake. i haven't had regular bowel movements though so that also probably played a part.
life continue to be crazy though i just have to try to keep surviving!
