My 81 year old sister called and thanked me for calling to wish her Happy Valentine's Day. We talked for nearly 2 hours, and neither of us mentioned our "problems" from last week when she hung up on me. I want to keep communication lines open. Thank you Lord.

Her health is failing to the point she cannot even stand up long enough to fill the dishwasher, or carry her groceries in from the car. She will have no one to take care of her, when that time comes. I cannot. She weighs three or four hundred pounds: my back is a big problem, and I have to take care of my husband and cannot leave him alone. He will not go to her house, and will not allow her to come to our house. Ok, ok, the biggest reason is, no on can stand to be around her for very long, including me. We make a lot of our own problems, don't we, including me. The future is scary as we get older.

That is why I, at 77 am working so hard at Keto and Intermittent Fasting, to keep my brain and strength. I need it greatly! Even though I can hardly walk, and am in so much pain from my back, those around me are failing.
