Good morning, friends!

Just a short notice, weighing in.

There's no change in weight today, which I'm okay with. I had large (but within RDI) meals yesterday, and could easily affect weigh-in. And of course, I am already down 10 lbs since Saturday so I'm really not in a position to nag over it.

I've done a full hour of biking at home every day the last four days. I got on today, and my legs are tired. I think they need a day off. Instead, I will use my energy on working on my abs a little. This is something I want to get going on, something I need my footing on. I've gotten some good advice on how to use the balance ball for this, but it's hard for me to actually get to do. The one I have is too low to comfortably be on, I feel. But I'll try hard to get it right.

So that's pretty much the game of the day.

Today, I'm thankful for:
- My beautiful wife. I love her.
- Motivation to exercise, even if my legs are mush and biking will have to rest for a day.
- Vacation!

Life is good!

The balls do come in differant sizes fyi, see if you can find a bigger one, and maybe wife can use the smaller, you can play ball together?!
