I did a lot of thinking this weekend. My birthday is coming up, and the last 2 of them I told myself this time next year I'll be in the best shape of my life...so here I am another year gone, and still over weight. This time around I want it to be different. I don't want to feel disappointed in myself this time next year. A few things I realized. I can not cheat...maybe some people can get away with a slice of pizza, or a piece of cake at a party, or have a cheat day...I just can't. I don't have the self control. I have to start measuring out my food, and recording it everyday. If I don't I find that I sneak in bites of food here and there. If I write my food down I tend to really watch what I eat. I have to exercise everyday...I noticed if I get a good workout in I watch what I eat as well. So here's to another year! :)
