Extra workouts last week and a new calorie goal made a world of difference for me. This week my workouts will be thrown for a loop instead of doing first thing in the morning they’ll be done at night as I am the day care for my brother in laws little girl, but since her cousin is 9 months younger than her and they love to play with each other I think I will make do. Bonus is my hubby wants to exercise more with me so maybe it will become a new normal.
