Extra workouts last week and a new calorie goal made a world of difference for me. This week my workouts will be thrown for a loop instead of doing first thing in the morning they’ll be done at night as I am the day care for my brother in laws little girl, but since her cousin is 9 months younger than her and they love to play with each other I think I will make do. Bonus is my hubby wants to exercise more with me so maybe it will become a new normal.

That sounds like my house. I have a two year old and one on the way. My two oldest are in school, so when it's just me and my daughter, I incorporate my workout and healthy meals and snacks in with her care. She loves going for walks with me and we like to dance. She's also starting to show an interest in cooking with me!

I haven’t always had a healthy lifestyle (my oldest will testify this to her younger years) but after I became a SAHM my time slots opened up and I’ve been getting more into working out at home (especially when I have to drive 20-30 minutes to get to a gym). Our eating habits are ever increasing on the healthy side with my continuous efforts of being self sustained with gardens in summer that we preserve like crazy; it also helps with the budget.
