My husband finally noticed last evening, while I was up on a step stool, that I had lost weight and sounded a little surprised. He had been hearing for months about me curtailing what I was eating, but evidently didn't see any difference. Unfortunately he didn't notice, the many times he saw me naked. Oh well.... Can I get one of those "slimmers" or girdles for my whole body to hold in the flab, I like to be "hugged". Gained because I went out to lunch with a friend yesterday, and ate all my Tempura Shrimp with a little sweet sauce, which was very good for relationship, if not for a diet. It was so very good and then we used up the steaks for dinner that I had bought Sunday and wouldn't keep, going over my calories. I intend to slow down the weight loss, which will happen naturally anyway. It's been a long time since I weighted less than 110. In the past, eating about 11 calories per pound of weight, for maintenance worked about right for me when my weight was low. I still want to eat relatively low carb since I am prediabetic, and keep my eating window to around 8 hours for slow autophagy. We also went to a movie after lunch and saw “Upside” which we enjoyed immensely. Eating window was >7 hours.
