Can a complete stranger ask a couple of questions? First, what is it that you're "supposed to do"? I ask this simply because I'm trying to understand your goals and expectations. Since you're on your own diet, it's not as easy to see what you're trying to follow. Second, how much water are you drinking? It seems that some days your sodium intake is kind of high, so if you're not drinking enough water, your body my be retaining more than it needs to try to balance out the salt in your blood/cells. If you increase your water intake and reduce your sodium intake, I bet you'll see a drop. It may only be water weight, but it will at least help you see a difference. Third, are you measuring yourself? If you are retaining water, gaining muscle, all the other things that prevent us from seeing a difference on the scale, measuring yourself will help you see past that and see the actual results. Short of measuring, how do your clothes feel? Do you feel healthier and fitter? Do you feel better in your clothes? That's the important thing. Good luck in your journey.
