I'm still not getting the results I want. I've been walking every day for the past two weeks; that's about 2.5 miles/day. Yesterday I read somewhere to "just exercise every day then you don't have to worry about what time off you are going to take". So I'll go again today etc. The weather here in NE Iowa has turned seasonal that's nite temp is the lower 30s to upper 20s and I don't want to start heating until the 1st of Nov (if possible). Dug out some of the winter clothes every year I tell myself I will recycle some of these things and now that I'm not as big I should just pack it all up and donate it. Then I would have to make that change! I'm going to take my walk I'll feel better after that! I think I'll burn the clothes some have to be 15 years old. I'll have to tell you the story about my friend Mary soon.
