一个星期减少4.1 公斤

Hi guys. Im back. 17 lbs heavier and engagded. Week one over and ready to attck my fat. I need all the support i can get. Im not sad or feeling sorry bc i gained the weight back. Im excited because i know i can do it.! GO ATKINS
