Always knew I was going to do it – and finally did today. Got to the gym and realized I had packed two pairs of shorts instead of shorts and a t-shirt. Oh well – happens I guess. Good opportunity to get into work early and get caught up and then go to the gym later tonight with my wife. Overall doing well – weight continues to drop back into my ‘normal’ range – must have just been a lot of water retention I had from those extra carbs I had last week.
