These late night snacks and late night meals have been getting to me. I need to watch the hunger around 2:00 A.M.

You can do it girl! Before you decide to put anything in your mouth at 2:00 in the morning (when you metabolism is slowest, unless you work third trick) drink an 8 oz glass of ice cold water and wait 20 min. Most times it is hunger out of habit, not because you are actually hungry.
