BF 37.6% (+1.2 lbs).
AARGH I am so looking forward to my next session. My body feels very sensitive right now and I'm having a hard time getting to fall asleep even though I seem to be more active. Last night I got a whopping 3 hours in. Also having fun with constipation again. I even skipped my freedom day this last time there was a few days I wasn't able to stay on top of weight loss plan. Still I am not really that worried I know the weight will come off. I'm more concerned about sleep so I can recover from the muscle strength training fatigue LOL. Anyways staying out of judgement and will just do my best 🙏😉
