Good day I started Slim Fast today the label says it keeps you full for 4 hours and guess what it really did. Finally a diet product that works! This thing says I gained but I didn't I lost.

I'm also keeping an eye on my points. It was taco tue at Taco Bell and I indulged a little I had two soft tacos and one hard I stayed within points values though with one point left for a snack later if I want.

I lost a pound! Maybe more because it was a end of the day weight and I usually weigh more at the end of the day probably because of the amount of sodium in the Mountain Dew I drink. Man I wish I could stop or at least cut down. One thing at a time though. I've read articles saying that drinking diet soda is bad because your body thinks the artificial sugar is real sugar then it does something to you I forget what but it wasn't good for weight loss. With me I don't think it has made me gain I just think the sodium in it makes me probably retain water.

I pray I can get though the evening without any cravings cause I had a good day.

Late entry Uh oh! went over my points by three oh well I'm still happy fat count is high but I did have peanut butter which is good fat. All in all a good day 1 day down a lifetime to go.
