Well I'm up 2 lbs not surprised though I ate horribly. I got plenty of exercise though so maybe it's just water I hope.

I'm going to get some Slim Fast today and see if that will kick start my weight loss. I'm hope it doesn't leave me to hungry though and make me want to overeat we'll see.

Late entry: OK I totally blew it today! First off I justified not exercising because I had a rough strenuous weekend at work. I did pretty good eating until late afternoon then went crazy with the theory I'm starting Slim Fast tomorrow so I can have it. I just hope I didn't do two much damage in 3 days of binge eating.

Oh well nothing I can do put get back on the wagon and try again. Somehow I got to find a way to get some more willpower and not give into my cravings at least I was honest on here about what I ate I was tempted to just not enter so much fat and carb laden food.
