This was a good week. I tried 2 new recepies. Zucchini Hash Browns and Zucchini Lasagna. For the begining of this week I made a Very Low-Carb Hamburger Bun that I found on Food.com. Got my blood pressure monitor back. Yeah it's working. Pressure reading was 114/73. Great!
