According to my diet calendar I should of lost 1 lb this week. Is this a plateau as my buddy suggested? Boo hoo....! I'll just have to try harder. Start moving more. Should I go to recording my weight daily?
AND remain patient.

It probably is a plateau.... I wouldn't get too concerned unless it goes on for weeks. Just keep on track with the diet and exercise and it will eventually move down. You're right... You have to be patient!! The daily thing can become a little obsessive, so as long as you can take the daily fluctuations in stride, you'll be fine. Here's a suggestion, its how i look at it. I weigh every morning, record weekly but its the monthly movement that concerns me. For me, weighing in the morning is like a daily reminder, the weekly record is my check, but the monthly check, that's my reality. I weigh the same point every month, just after I finish my TOM! and if I can see a 2-3 lb. drop, I'm happy! If I don't see a drop then I know I have to try harder. Good luck!,

As you lose weight you need less calories to keep on losing. So check your diet calendar. Do you have high days? Maybe try playing around with the calories and see if it helps lowering it a bit.
