Well up 2 lbs today. One step forward 2 steps back! I'm hoping some of it is just water weight cause someone told me on here that it is not possible to gain a lb over night I hope that's true cause I'm really trying to be "good"

I work as a CNA this weekend which always burns a lot of cals.

I was doing so well yesterday but then got the serious "munchies" late in the evening and blew it. Nothing I can do about it now but try to do better today.


One area I have to work on is to stop eating at work they serve a lot of food that is high in calories and fat. I need to just start coming home again on my lunch break and having a low cal lunch instead. Although I don't know when I'll get a lunch break today so I might have to eat at work maybe I can counteract it with having a salad for dinner. My husband gets paid today and we usually eat out on pay day. Let's hope I have the willpower to chose something healthy. He is trying to lose weight too. He has high blood pressure and cholesterol and has family history of heart problems he says he has no "exercise motivation" I know the feeling well.

Extremely bad motivation day, didn't to my walking DVD got some exercise at work though. I went overboard on food at dinner cause I didn't have much lunch. I try again tomorrow.
