I hate those things, colonoscopy. The clean-out procedure is brutal! Sorry you are having to go through the torture. Hope everything is okay. 

Thx. You know the yucky stuff wasn't that bad. I mixed it with some white Gatorade. Also I think the key is to keep hydrated by drinking 8 oz of liquid every hour. It also helped with the hunger.  

Been there, did that! Agreed on the prep, but the post procedure gut health for the next several weeks is great. It's like the best cleanse ever! And, since my doctor did, in fact, find and remove a couple of, thankfully, small polyps, I am glad I had it done. Not fun, true, but well worth it.
