Even though she had her clients on Keto for 2 ½ years, she kept her own carbs high, until her health made her make changes, and finally switched to Keto herself. She was surprised at how low she had to have her carbs, to have a good metabolis, explaining everyone is different. One fascinating fact was that the lower protein Keto was better for young men than post-menopausal women. She believes the later need a little more protein than the strict Keto. I fasted for 15 hours.
