At 156 this morning but felt a little de-hydrated so might actually be about 157 after a big drink.
Feeling good ---- legs did not cramp last night and also did no have any sugar before bed.

Breakfast will include some of my Fathersday chili pepper sauce that my sweet daughter picked out for me. Yummy. Have some smoked chicken breast ready for lunch with some zucchini and yellow squash.
