That weight didn't go on overnight. It isn't going to come off overnight. You've lost 15 pounds and that's a great start! One thing I did notice. You're awfully high on the net carbs. You might want to consider going back to induction phase and reducing to 20 net carbs a day until you get closer to your goal. :)
