So happy loosing 5 kilograms in a month and a half, water aerobics and going the to gym on my days off are showing results. Feel better mentally after doing the exercise and I get to catch up with friends. Got another friend interested in water aerobics yay!😄 make water aerobics cool again! Will try to keep at it over Christmas and not let simple takeaway ruin my progress over Christmas cause it can over this busy period.
