Glucose test results in! It's definite I'm prediabetic. The old mean doctor said "You need to immediately lose 25-25 lbs." The new wonderful doctor said "You've decided to do the South Beach Diet? That's great, I live by the SBD and I've lost 40lbs with it already. Get the new book and stick with it. Call me if you need some advice. We'll do this together." Hmm... now which doctor do I like better?

Oh fasting BG 91, after sucrose BG 143. Not terrible, but not good either.
