Well, there it is! That Damm Flu water weight. I knew I couldn't live on that weight loss high for too long....oh well, at least I am still UNDER 170:) Gotta stay positive and head back to the gym.
I am happy to report that today is the first day that I actually have my appetite sort of back....perhaps that's not a great thing....LOL!
I think I am going to stick to 1200 calories though per day. That seems to be the magic number. That, and drinking the magic formula of water...:)
