Plateau city. Hmm... I need to probably add some exercise.

UPDATE: Ok, so not very encouraging when you weigh in and the scale barks back the same weight you had the two days before. I know this is temporary I know my body is trying to conserve so I probably have to add an additional calorie burn to push it past the plateau. I am doing some housework today and maybe I will walk some more and that should get the metabolism going. I know its just a pause...

That's why I only weigh in one a week! I just finished two weeks with .5 pound loss (I will actually have to check to see if it was that much) You have also just come back from a round the world trip - first London then Florida (hope tiesto was great!!) Give your body a break ;) In the mean time up your water and your leafy greens get lots of volume in there and I am sure you'll see a difference agian soon! Look at your ski hill!!!

Yeah, I am going to up my water and greens...although, tomorrow, is my wife's b-day so that means Cake, Cava (Spanish Champagne) and some chocolate covered strawberries. I am getting her the new Amazon Kindle Fire...ships on the 14th. Anyway, I will need to really concentrate on making sure i stick to the leafy greens (Lettuce) and water next week. Thanks for following my journal.
