Did do as well as I wanted to but it is a lose so I am happy with that. It just goes to show that with me slowing down with my exercise so is my weight lose. Learning and that counts. Plus scal was going between 300 and 299 and after it was done playing around it went to 299. Just showing me that i need to work harder.:) So I shell

*insert mini fireworks display here* Yay!! YOU MADE IT! Remember, we can't always be perfect, you're doing great. It's progress enough that you're able to recognize that you could be doing better and then being determined enough to do something about it!
