Blah. Same weight, even though I had a really low day yesterday. I didn't even eat all of my dinner. My muscles are really sore today, maybe they're holding water. I didn't drink enough water yesterday. Trying to make it up today. So far two glasses of water and two glasses of tea. I needed the caffeine.
