Only 4.0 hours sleep last night, RH leg/foot pain kept me up and prob. fx on weight mediating hormones, as I'm up 4 pounds today. Joints are a 6-7. RH neck is pretty good. Been working hard on repairing last week's ceiling collapse resulting from Isaac's rains into a roof leak that I was unaware of. Ate too much last night b/c of the pain and sleep, or lack of. Few more days of this repair schedule, and then I get up on the roof to do a decent amount of shingle and decking replacement. Yea me. Life is grand!

Is life grand? My next door neighbor just knocked on the door, to let me know she edged my sidewalk. I then use my blower to clean our sidewalks, so it works out for both of us. She has early-onset dementia, and its been difficult watching her slip away. She no longer remembers my family names, and said today that she would just rather be dead. I assured her that I need her, need her to edge my lawn, that's she's my teammate!! Ugh, sad, sad, sad.
