Hmm...a pound gained. I am kinda shocked because i don't feel heavier. I guess we will see where i am after this week. Kind of ate crummy these past few days on vacation in miami. Now, i have to get back on track.

Back to work...

Update 1: Kinda disappointing that it bounced up. I guess maybe I had water weight loss and then rehyrdated on Sunday and that gave me the bump up. Also constipated (happens on protein rich diets)...so I have to get that worked out. I know my pants fit well and I don't feel heavier. So, I am sure this is a momentary lapse. This week will hopefully see a continuance of the weight trending down again.
