Hi there everyone,
It has been two months since my last weigh-in. We have been on holiday and we just got back. I was so scared to climb onto the scale. But to my surprise I did not weight gain much. My partner is convinced it’s muscle as we walked some days 30 000+ Steps (I think he is being polite). I will not go onto any eating plan until he is off to sea again (End Nov) but will remain active. 😁😁
