A loss this week. But I have lost and regained the same 2 pounds over the past two months. I am trying to stay on track but.... So this was a pretty good week and hopefully so will the next one. There are no events coming up where food will be calling me. Would like to lose more before Thanksgiving gets here. Happy Friday every one.
