Just call me YO-YO! Down a pound this morning. I think it is becasue the last few days I have increased my calories. I will continue this track and see how it goes. Got my old jeans on this morning too (and can still breathe LOL), glad about that!
Having lunch at Izzy's with friends today and at the Asian buffet tomorrow. I already planned my attack-since both places offer large salad bars-that is what I am going to have a large salad with all the fixin's. I am prepared for the comments that I usually get from my friends like "aw come on one bite wont kill you". They are right-it won't kill me but what am I working so hard for? Certainly NOT to blow it on a slice of pizza or crab puffs!
It is supposed to get above the 60's-even the 70's this weekend-we sure need the sun around here-it has been a very wet year so far. Anywho-
