A couple of things. I haven't been able to weigh in as my course has gone monthly. We don't meet again until 5th October. However, today I bought a set of digital scales and weighed in at 97.6kg which is an awful lot less than my last weigh-in week and a half ago. My weigh in all my naked glory is 800grms less bringing it to 96.8kg. Until I finish my course I think I should use my clothed weight to keep in line with my course. Still happy though. I went to see my specialist about a forthcoming operation in the New Year who said keep it up. The less weight, the less strain on my ankle.
