My sis always bakes desserts for my breakfast. She fried spring rolls for me 2 days ago. She never eats her food (she is very skinny) and gives me all the fattening food. I'm not saying she is evil and she makes me fat. I know she is nice. But, I need to go on my healthy diet and get rid of my severe sweet tooth. I'm just wondering what you would do if your loved ones always make fattening food for you.
Constipation is actually making you heavier. Too much stool deposited in the colon lolol. Once you ritually visit the toilet, you will be lighter. hahaha!
Hopefully my calorie intake will be within 1200kcal and I won't eat late today.

I would just ask her to stop. I couldn't handle having a sweet dessert for breakfast! once you go a few days without sugary things, you'll find it easier to not want them

Yep, Lee is right. Politely refuse, and tell her if she really wants to cook for you, to make something healthy. :)
