I have to be true to myself and record current data. Actually I've been weighting all past days since the latest weigh-in and have never again saw the digits below 63 kg (139 pounds). Today's is 63.3 kg (139.5 pounds). I told myself - I have to record this data and continue to monitor. I don't know why, though, any progress stopped. I continue with the same eating routine and doing 10000+ steps daily. I just hope this weight-loss plateau will pass soon and I would lose some more pounds.
