Burned 930 calories yesterday in my workout....gonna do a lighter workout today....my lower body hurrrrrrrrrrts! LOL....

You see, at ~245 I get an added "burn-bonus". 600 cals seem to go real easy. I'm sure that once I hit 220 it will hurt a lot more..
