Yeah not doing good but it's been wicked humid here and that has zapped my cooking so have resorted to lots of take-out..(not good) and feeling so sluggish, but it's cooling off and I have stocked up on new things to cook and get back on track and hope to exercise more too....One would think with intermittent fasting that this would not be an issue, but with me being one of those "all or nothing" attitudes, when I fail, I fail big time, so now it's back on track...thanks for listening...I was just jotting down why I do what I do.......Hope you all are doing good and haven't gotten derailed.....
