Yesterday was 52. Today 53. I don want to go back to the fat me but I can't help stop eating processed junk food again. I get very constipated. I have no motivation to work out. How pathetic I sound like right now. Hmm.

I only bought one choc bar. I ate quite healthily although my calorie intake exceeded 1200kcal. I visited to the toilet (finally) and yah I guess 0.5-1kg gone. God, I constipate badly. Stopped eating at 7pm and drank diet tea after. Although food intake was pretty huge, it was better than past week. Less junk food. Junk food diet is really bad. It makes me feel so unpretty and self-loathe very much. I don't even feel healthy at the moment.Hopefully tomorrow can be more motivated.
