I didn't follow my chosen food plan. My neural pathways are hardwired to seek BBQ. Dangit!!! But I did go on a nice walk this morning. It's pretty humid, but at least not as steamy as it was a month ago. Will try to do better as I'm going out to lunch with Mr Coco in a few minutes.
